Robert Alexander (b. Oct. 17, 1863, Md.-d. Aug. 26, 1941, Calif.), U.S. Army officer, received his commission as 2nd lieutenant in the 7th Infantry on December 17, 1889. Frank Long Winn (b. Oct. 4, 1864, Winchester, Ky.-d.
